Who is responsible

What this site does

These are static pages. There's no account system, no newsletter, no contact form and no analytics.

We set no cookies at all, and nothing in local storage, session storage or a service worker either. That is also why you are not being asked to click a consent banner: consent is needed for storage that isn't strictly necessary, and there isn't any. Nothing you do here gets stored by us or tied back to you.

Nothing is loaded from anyone else

Every font, image and script on this site comes from this domain. There is no CDN, no embedded video, no social widget, no tracking pixel. That matters because merely requesting a file from someone else's server hands them your IP address, and we would rather not hand your IP address to anyone.

Hosting

The site is served by Firebase Hosting, which is Google. Like any web server it writes request logs: your IP address, which page you asked for, what browser you're using. Google keeps those briefly for operational and security reasons. We don't read them and we can't connect them to a person.

Discord

The Discord link takes you off this site to Discord, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy and its own data collection. What happens once you're there is between you and them.

If this changes

If we add analytics, a mailing list or a contact form, we'll update this page before switching it on, not afterwards. Anything we do add will be cookieless if there's a cookieless option.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask any company what personal data it holds about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how it's used. We don't hold any, but if you want to check, ask: contact@borbi.dev. We'll answer within a month.

If you think we've handled something badly, you can complain to the Polish data protection authority, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, at uodo.gov.pl. You don't need to go through us first.
